Sifu Charles Sayah in a Wing Chun training stance

Sifu

Charles Sayah

From an early age, Sifu Charles had the privilege of training under his father, Grandmaster Joe Sayah, who trained directly under Grandmaster William Cheung from the age of nine as a closed-door student. His mother and aunt were also accomplished martial arts teachers and fighting champions.

For Sifu Charles, Wing Chun is more than a martial art—it is a lifelong path of discipline, courage, personal development and service. Competition, sparring and training have taught him to remain calm under pressure, embrace discomfort and choose awareness over unnecessary conflict.

For the past five years, Sifu Charles has taught students of all ages while assisting Master Joe at workshops and seminars. He continues pursuing mastery while sharing the tradition with his community.
